Eschborn, January 30, 2024: Techem, a leading energy service provider for real estate, is strengthening its management team by appointing Carolin Meisner Managing Director of Customer Service as of February 1, 2024. The Eschborn-based company is thus taking yet another step towards customer and service orientation.
"Techem is continuously investing in the digitalization and optimization of business processes and service performance in line with customer needs. By expanding the management team to include a separate division for Customer Service, we are ensuring closer integration of the individual areas for optimized service capability and an even stronger focus on the needs of our customers," explains Nicolai Kuß, CSO of Techem. "We are delighted that we have been able to recruit Carolin Meisner for this role. She has many years of experience in customer service and the digital economy of multinational companies."

Carolin Meisner joins Techem from Amazon, where she was most recently responsible for the Customer Experience division for the DACH region. Prior to that, she headed the virtual Customer Service Department of Amazon’s Operational Customer Management where she was responsible for several hundred employees and worked as Director of Service Improvement & Projects at Sky Deutschland. “I am delighted that I can now contribute my extensive know-how in the areas of Customer Service & Experience, which I have been able to acquire in various roles with increasing responsibility, to Techem and thus further improve customer proximity together with my colleagues,” said Carolin Meisner.
Carolin Meisner will report to Techem CSO Nicolai Kuß.
