Techem takes consistent next step towards digitalization as well as customer and service orientation
Nicolai Kuß, Chief Sales Officer (CSO), assumes greater responsibility for operational units
Eschborn, July 11, 2023 – Techem, one of the leading energy service providers for all aspects of real estate, is realigning its operating business in Germany. Nicolai Kuß, long-time Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the Eschborn-based company, will assume responsibility for the operational units of Techem Energy Services GmbH in the German market in addition to his current responsibilities. In this role, Kuß will continue to report to Matthias Hartmann, CEO of the Techem Group. Techem is thus taking another important step in the direction of digitalization, customer and service orientation.

Digitalization the key factor for increased customer benefit
Kuß joined Techem back in 2016 and has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Before taking over overall responsibility for sales in 2019, he managed the Eschborn-based company’s operations for around three years. “For some time now, we have been making targeted investments in growth and have massively driven customer benefits through our digital products and services,” says Nicolai Kuß. “I am looking forward to taking on this additional responsibility and am convinced that this step will enable us to more closely interlink the areas of sales, customer onboarding as well as customer management and service delivery – for improved service capability and an even greater focus on our customers,” Nicolai Kuß concludes.
